Pay per event, or by the year.
Your first event is free. After that, buy a pass for each event you run, or the yearly plan if you run lots of them.
To buy, open Door Duty in your Wix dashboard (Apps → Door Duty) and choose Passes and plans.
How passes work
- When is a pass used?
- When you create the first volunteer link for an event. More links for the same event don't use another pass, so every door and volunteer is covered.
- What if I make a link by mistake?
- Delete it before it checks anyone in and you get the pass back.
- What happens if my plan ends?
- Once an event has started using Door Duty it keeps working for that event, whatever happens to your plan. Passes don't expire.
- How do I pay?
- Through Wix, in your own currency, with VAT or sales tax added where it applies. The yearly plan renews each year until you cancel it in Wix.
